The space
Within the gated community, you’ll find peace, safety, and tranquility. It’s safe to walk both inside and outside the neighborhood, and all common areas are perfectly maintained.

The property is divided into three levels:

Ground floor: Dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, guest bathroom, and a door leading to the backyard, where you'll find the washer and dryer.

First floor: Three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and share a full bathroom located in the hallway. The third bedroom is the master, featuring a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Top floor: An open-plan bedroom (no walls), with two single beds and a private bathroom. This space gets plenty of natural light, though it doesn’t offer the same level of privacy as the other rooms.
