In this property, we have chosen to honor the original design by defending its past, culture, and identity.We understand that some of the preserved details may spark curiosity, but every decision was made with the purpose of not erasing the house's soul. We have updated and modernized only what was strictly necessary for your comfort, allowing the essence of the structure to speak for itself. This home captures the beautiful, authentic architecture of older Puerto Rican properties. Because these homes were built with unique layouts, one of its curiosities is that the full bathroom features a cozy and functional custom-built metal barn door that offers a standard 24-inch opening and adds an industrial-style charm to the home. Our goal was not industrial perfection, but the warmth of a living history.
