We understand that some of the preserved details may spark curiosity, but every decision was made with the purpose of not erasing the house's soul. We have updated and modernized only what was strictly necessary for your comfort, allowing the essence of the structure to speak for itself. This home captures the beautiful, authentic architecture of older Puerto Rican properties. Because these homes were built with unique layouts, for your awareness in this specific unit:
•One of the full bathrooms features a slight 2" approx step down to enter.
•The other full bathroom has a 4" approx step up (built intentionally so that we may provide your group with a necessary second full bathroom option).
