Two-story house built in 1835 next to the Camino de Santiago, 900 m from the sea and with mountain views. Renovated in 2020, with a new bathroom and kitchen, it retains the original stone walls. With a terrace and back garden and a covered front porch.

The space
The ground floor has a living/dining room with a fireplace and a separate kitchen completely renovated in 2020.
The two bedrooms and the bathroom, also renovated, are on the top floor. There is one bedroom with a 135 cm bed and another with two 90 cm beds.
Parking is available in front of the house. The back garden is divided into a private area consisting of a terrace with a barbecue, umbrella and outdoor table and chairs and a sunny lawn area with two sun loungers, all enclosed with a fence, in addition to a large shared green area with fruit trees and a small forest of native trees.
