Casa Pina Azul is an oasis of privacy. Swim in our saltwater pool, cook in our gourmet kitchen & park in the garage. Located 10 minutes from DFW Airport & 19 minutes to Love Field, with convenient access to DFW freeways, we're an easy drive to the Arts District of Fort Worth, Historic Grapevine Main Street & Wine, Arlington Entertainment District, or Downtown Dallas. The Toyota Music Factory Las Colinas is minutes away offering lake front dining, music, & gondola rides on Lake Carolyn.

The space
With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a TV/game room, gourmet kitchen, an office/exercise room plus a private salt-water pool, there is space for you to work, stay, and play!

We provide everything needed to cook your favorite meals in our bright kitchen including a waffle iron, juicer, toaster, immersion blender, Calphalon cookware, coffee, tea, condiments, some staples, and essential spices to get you started.

The spacious Primary Suite offers a king bed and 32-inch Smart TV. The large double entry, ensuite bathroom, offers his and hers vanities, full length mirrors, a garden tub, double showerhead, magnified make-up mirror, hair dryer and toiletry essentials.

The other bedrooms offer queen and twin bunk beds and share a large hallway bath with shower and tub. A half bath/powder room is located off the kitchen next to the fully equipped laundry room and entrance to the two-car garage available for guest use.

Our family room offers a new 60-inch, Smart TV, a Wii, books, board games, magazines, and classic DVDS with an overstuffed, sofa for lounging, napping, or looking out onto the patio and pool area.

Guests are invited to swim in our salt-water pool or to relax or dine on the patio while listening to the bubbling waterfall with smiling Buddha. (NO parties.)

The bright and sunny office/exercise room is a wonderful place to kickstart your day using our exercise equipment which includes a full set of exercise bands, ankle weights, aerobics step, or a Pilates chair. Or, for true "sun salutations", use the yoga mats on the patio. We simply ask that you return them to the exercise room afterwards.

When you're ready to work, we've provided a sleek modern laptop desk, storage shelves for essentials and an ergonomic desk chair and high-speed internet. A remote-controlled ceiling fan and adjustable lighting, makes this multi-purpose room perfect for work, exercise, or meditating.

Guest access
You will have access and use of the entire home during your stay including garage. Only the attic, front and storage closets are restricted.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT - You will be asked to acknowledge and sign pool waiver and release upon arrival.

SWIMMING POOL

GUESTS ASSUME ALL RISKS if they choose to swim in the pool. There is no lifeguard.

PLEASE WATCH YOUNG CHILDREN CLOSELY.

Diving is strictly prohibited with posted signs.

NO PARTIES!

This is OUR HOME, in a well-established family neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly, and they are aware this is a Short-Term Rental when we (Doreen and Brad) are away.

NO THIRD-PARTY BOOKING (Booking guest must be present at rental)

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or gatherings. We have mandatory quiet time of 10:30 PM. (The neighborhood is strict about this and failure to comply will result in extra fees and/or booking cancelation).

SPECIAL NOTE: We have stored a 7 foot, 2-inch-thick, glass tabletop in a closet in the Primary bathroom. We have posted signs to make you aware of its location and ask that you please not use that particular closet. The closet on the other side of the bathroom is more than sufficient for two guests as well as the six-drawer dresser and suitcase rack. DO NOT let children play hide and seek in this closet. The tabletop is not secured to the wall and can fall and injure someone.
