It's important to understand that in this tropical environment together with the beautiful flowers, palm trees, waters, and beaches there are also animals and critters that come along. Especially on rainy days, there can be a lot of mosquito especially during sunrise and sunset hours. Las Terrenas is surrounded by wetlands. We provide mosquito nets over the beds and we suggest to bring mosquito repellents.
