Two-storey house with garden built in 1835 next to the Camino de Santiago. Situated 1 km distance from the sea with nice mountain views.
Fully renovated with modern bathroom and kitchen, but retains the original stone walls and wooden beams. New mattresses bought in fall 2023.

The space
The ground floor is open concept with a living/dining room and kitchen. It has heating and a fireplace.
On the upper floor, a dressing room and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with twin beds.
There's a full bathroom with a shower and a separate outdoor toilet. There's also a back garden with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, and parking space for two cars in front of the house. The back garden has 5000 m² divided into a grass area, a fruit tree area and a forest of native trees.

Guest access
The entrance and the terrace in front of the main door are private. The bigger back garden and parking area are shared with the house next door that also belongs to the family.
