The space
A bright, airy home with large window frames that bring nature indoors. All windows come with custom-made mosquito screens installed at the factory. The high ceilings and quiet surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
The living room features custom lighting designed by an artist, transforming the space into a warm, inviting environment full of character and atmosphere — thoughtfully created to inspire comfort and well-being.
The house also includes an 18,000 BTU air conditioner that cools the space quickly, a small water fountain for relaxing moments, and plants that add freshness and a pleasant natural feel to the décor.
The kitchen is fully equipped and centered around an island that seamlessly connects it to the living area. You’ll find a dishwasher, blender, microwave, electric kettle, oven, stove, and a large refrigerator with freezer, as well as complete cookware, utensils, and wine glasses.
For unforgettable moments, there’s a spacious deck with a gourmet outdoor area, including a sink, marble countertop, outdoor table and chairs, and a Prisma Grill for barbecues or bonfires. Firewood is provided.
Sunset time is especially beautiful — you can enjoy the mountains and surrounding nature while relaxing on a comfortable wooden bench on the deck.
The bedrooms include fresh linens and towels, blackout curtains, wardrobes with hangers, and mirrors in both rooms.
The master bedroom offers air conditioning, a TV, and a desk with a view — ideal for those who need to work remotely. A second Wi-Fi network is also accessible from the bedroom.
The architectural design prioritizes cross-ventilation, with openings on opposite sides to ensure natural airflow, creating a constant breeze that keeps the spaces cool and fresh.
There are two modern bathrooms: a half bath near the living room and a spacious full bathroom with a pleasant hot/cold shower and a sleek glass enclosure. A hair dryer, fresh towels, liquid soap, first-aid supplies, and essential toiletries are provided.
The laundry area is equipped with a modern washer–dryer combo and a dedicated space for hanging clothes.
Guests may also use two bicycles with locks for getting around, plus two children’s bikes.
Basic workout equipment is available, including dumbbells, kettlebells ranging from light to heavier weights, resistance bands, and two yoga mats.
Within minutes, you can reach Pico da Cruz, an area of nearly untouched nature, or Novo Campeche, which offers a pleasant deck and great daytime infrastructure — all close by and easy to park.
