A bright, airy home with large window frames that bring nature indoors. All windows come with custom-made mosquito screens installed at the factory. The high ceilings and quiet surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

The living room features custom lighting designed by an artist, transforming the space into a warm, inviting environment full of character and atmosphere — thoughtfully created to inspire comfort and well-being.

The house also includes an 18,000 BTU air conditioner that cools the space quickly, a small water fountain for relaxing moments, and plants that add freshness and a pleasant natural feel to the décor.

The kitchen is fully equipped and centered around an island that seamlessly connects it to the living area. You’ll find a dishwasher, blender, microwave, electric kettle, oven, stove, and a large refrigerator with freezer, as well as complete cookware, utensils, and wine glasses.
