Guapuruvus County Nest House. Is it a treehouse? Yes and no, a suspended cottage? Yes and no, a cabin? Some kind of nest house? Yeah, maybe so, definitely an experiment, two floors and a ground floor. Almost a predinho.. Resolved to share and make available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Lareira, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river … we do not accept visits without prior permission. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.
The space
We do not accept unauthorized visits and ask that you do not leave dirty dishes in the house or in the playground, because cleaning usually takes place the day after checkout. Let me explain: dirt attracts small animals and, behind them, other undesirables. Thank you so much! It's for everyone's safety.
However, imagine yourself at the height of the treetops in the middle of a preserved Atlantic Forest, with birds flying beside you, a clean and crystalline river 30 meters away, with a stone throne for your own massage, the preserved Atlantic Forest as a view, the glass bathing area with a shower inside a wooden hot tub all facing the greenery, a dazzling sauna with a glass facing the forest, an area (fireplace) to make a bonfire and see stars, a ground floor (play) with a mini kitchen with a wood-burning oven for pizza and an Argentine parrilla... and also a smart TV for videos or movies, a library, hiking along the property's trails and an entire mountain range to be explored (?) - this is the treehouse of Condado dos Guapuruvus.
The house has a fully cast access bridge and a spiral staircase that gives access to all floors. The entrance is separate from the County. I make naturally fermented breads with my own levain, egg-free cheese breads, milk or oil, goat cheese and shitake cultivation. I love cooking and we can arrange some sales if you are interested.
You can be contemplated with blooms of incredible and beautiful trees such as: quaresmeiras, guapuruvus, toucan wood, angicos, mulungus, golden rain, etc.
On the first floor, a complete loft, with a bed, kitchen, canopy, shower, bathroom enclosed by a screen, and balconies; on the ground floor, a sofa bed, a hammock hanging outside the house, a library and a rustic bathroom; on the ground floor, a table in an ox cart, a fireplace, a parrilla and a wood-burning oven for pizza.

We do not accept unauthorized visits. Access is through a separate entrance from the County. There is complete privacy and parking under a tree;
The Condado has 3 different trails to the River, one to the top of the mountain, with incredible views of the entire valley and another bordering another stream with beautiful rock formations.
The city of Bananal is a historic city. To reach the top of Serra da Bocaina, which is an ecological paradise with waterfalls, animals, preserved forest and plants endemic to the region, you take a bucolic road where very few cars pass, and it is even possible to come across animals on this road. You should drive slowly, at most 60 km/h per hour. And it is on this road that you will arrive at a small paradise, which is the Xandoca Valley, where the "Condado dos Guapuruvus" space is located.
Bananal is a city that became known as one of the richest cities in Brazil during the coffee boom. In fact, it was the richest among those in the Paraíba Valley, due to the coffee barons and even slave trade. It was so rich that it had its own currency, where it endorsed loans from the Crown. Bananal has incredible, original farms, where you can see the sad reality of the black people of that time. Bananal still has a tradition of lacemakers and crochet. Guapuruvus County Nest Rules

1 . Sauna. Maximum 50º. It takes half an hour to get to this temperature. Eat with sticks and put the firewood one by one. The advisable are a maximum of 4 logs at a time of use. When finished, leave the firewood hatch closed;
2. We have 3 fire extinguishers. One on each floor;
3. As we do not have garbage collection in the region, we request to take the garbage away.
4. Ofurô. It's for a couple . Aguenta only 120 kg. To connect the hydro, only when the water exceeds the "canoplas";

17. We have two trails in the County if they want to go for a hike;
18. Enjoy the water that comes directly from the mine;
19. We have candles and matches and sauna/ fireplace /wood-fired oven and parrilla;
20. In case of lightning and thunder and or heavy rain, there may be a lack of light. But they are usually temporary;
21. We have glasses and acrylic dishes on play for external use;
