- Books or magazines: we have a few

ASSISTANCE DURING YOUR STAY:

Upon check-in (if available) you will be greeted by our Property Manager who will provide you with keys, and alarm codes. He will also walk you through some of the aspects of our house. He will be available by cell phone if any emergency should arise.

You will also be provided with a house guide which will explain the different attributes of Casa Millow.

Please keep in mind:
Casa Millow is a pet free home. We love pets but some guests are allergic and we want to be sure that the home is comfortable for all.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the house. There are plenty of areas in the backyard that can be used for this and ash trays are available. Please try to avoid any smoke drifting into the interior of the house by avoiding open sliding doors.

The interior floors can be very slippery when wet. Our floors and decks are polished and smooth concrete. Please use caution when entering the house from the pool. Also, the backyard concrete can have some trip areas due to the shifting desert soil. Please use caution here as well.

Per the City of Palm Springs we are required to collect an 11.5% transient tax. This is a requirement of ALL vacation rentals in the City of Palm Springs and the Our City ID # is 87.

Cleaning fee of $225
