Entire ground floor 3 bedroom accommodation to rent in the lovely area of El Faro. With a mixture of holiday homes & residential properties the area has a fantastic feel. Enjoy looking out over the communal gardens & pool area or take a short walk (600m) to our local beach with sun beds and bar available, or a short walk in the other direction for amazing mountain views.

The space
Feel comfortable with Heating / Cooling Air conditioning in all living areas. With high speed internet and access to Netflix and amazon prime there is something to keep the family entertained after a day in the sun.

Guest access
Guest will have full use of the ground floor guest accommodation consisting of large lounge / dining area, two double bedrooms and one twin room, shower room with toilet and basin, jack and Jill family bathroom and kitchen. There is also an outside terrace area for dining / sun bathing.

There is a community pool and garden that's open all year round.

Quiet area with a mixture of residential and holiday villas / apartments. Only 600m walk to the beach that features onsite bar, resturant, sun bed rentals and toilet facilities. A short bus (every 30 minutes) or taxi ride (5 minute) to Fuengirola or La Cala.
