We require a Php 2000 security deposit upon check in. This is returned to the customer if no damage has been done upon check out

Other things to note
Kindly treat our resort with care!

- No blankets and towels provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own
- No plates, cups and utensils provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their utensils and additional cooking tools as the resort provided limited options.
-Due to sulfur content, hotspring water may appear yellowish to greenish in color.

Additional Reminders:
1. Use of thumbtacks on our furniture is not allowed as they cause permanent damage.

2. Any fireworks and/or party poppers are strictly prohibited as they may cause fire and staining of the furniture, floor, and wall.

3. For your wall decorations, we only allow painter’s tape to ensure that no paint will be peeled off as you remove your decorations

4. If you have guests coming over, kindly remind them that we strictly enforce the “no pets” rule. Under whatever circumstances, we charge an additional 2,500 pesos for every pet per night.

5. The capacity of our resort is only up to 20 pax. Any excess will be charged 700 per head per night regardless if they are just visiting for the day or will be staying overnight. The management has the right to refuse guests over the capacity. Allowable excess is at 25 heads max with a fee. 1yr old and above are included in the count.

6. Any damage to the resort has a corresponding fee.

7. Kindly return property items on its designated place. We will be getting a Php 2,000 security deposit upon entry in the resort. This will be returned to the guest after inspection during check out (Starting September 2025)

8. The resort has the right to refuse entry of the guest if they do not abide with the property rules (i.e specified number of guests, rough play, property damage)

9. Time extensions are subject for approval. We have a fee of Php 1,000 per hour for extensions (30 mins fractions are considered as extension rounded to 1hr)
