The space
Casa Marola is part of the Marola Casas de Praia group, which already has over 10 years of experience in short-term rentals on the coast of São Paulo.
It was designed to accommodate small groups of families and friends who want to enjoy a delightful beach with a variety of service and leisure options nearby.

We are only 100 meters from Enseada de Bertioga Beach, the skate park and a playground.
We are pet friendly! Your pet is welcome in our backyard, living room and kitchen of the townhouse, but is not allowed on the upper floor where the suites are located (maximum 2 pets).

Open Closets
- Premium bed and bath linens: sheets, pillowcases, bath and face towels (according to the number of guests in the house). We do not offer beach/pool towels, blankets, quilts and/or duvets.

On the ground floor,
- The living room sofa can be converted into a double bed (which comfortably accommodates 1 adult).
- Smart TV with access to streams (for you to access with your user)
- Fibre optic Internet (*Although we have the best providers in the city, it is important to remember that there are moments of instability of connection at the beach is common. Take the opportunity to take a walk on the beach and contemplate nature if this happens).

KITCHEN
- Fully equipped with various utensils and appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, cutlery, hair dryer, dishes and utensils;
- Integrates to the room divided by our marble counter, which is the perfect spot for that quick breakfast before the beach. But if you prefer, you can enjoy a nice outdoor breakfast at the outdoor table in the backyard.

- Pool located in the common area of the condominium (respect the hours of use and read the condominium rules);
Guest access
Property: The guest will have access to the entire property, with the exception of some furniture where we store housekeeping items.
Condominium: The guest will have access to the condominium pool and access areas.
Other things to note
- No candles, incense or flames allowed
- No guest allowed other than those in agreement
- Smoking only in the outdoor areas
- Turn off lights and air-conditioning when leaving the environment
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the property
- Use the RED wristbands when using the pool
- Do not extend or hang anything on balconies and windows
- READ AND RESPECT THE RULES OF THE CONDOMINIUM
- Use cleaning products as needed, in moderation
- IMMEDIATELY notify the host in case of any breakage or damage
- We ask for special attention to the use of sunscreen, tanning lotions, self-tanning lotions and oily products, as they can cause permanent stains on fabrics. If there is irreversible damage to the trousseau (sheets, towels, mattress covers or protectors), a charge will be applied to replace the pieces, according to the assessment after the stay.
PET RULES:
- PETS CANNOT CIRCULATE IN THE RESIDENTIAL AREA: only ENTRY AND EXIT
- THE USE OF A COLLAR IS MANDATORY.
- Do not leave pets alone indoors – they can damage furniture.
- PETS are not allowed upstairs in the property.
- PETS are not allowed on beds, sofas or upholstered furniture.
- The guest is responsible for keeping the property clean, including hair, dirt and waste left by the PET. (If damage, strong odors or the need for special cleaning are identified, an additional cleaning fee will be charged)
- The tutor must ensure that the PET does not cause noise (excessive barking), respecting the well-being of the neighbors.
