Relax in our 34sqm 1 bedroom unit located on the 20th level of Tower 5 of Wind Residences. Enjoy your morning coffee on a balcony facing Taal Lake before taking a jog on well maintained condominium grounds. Catch up on work if you must or just Netflix and chill inside our clean and peaceful minimalist unit.
The space
A minimalist theme 34 sqm condominium unit with 1 bedroom and an open space Living and Dining area and a fully functioning Kitchenette. The space also have a balcony with a small table and stools, a mini garden and a 180 deg. view of Taal Lake.

For STRICT COMPLIANCE:
*PLEASE SEND YOUR IDS FOR AUTHORIZATION AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE CHECK IN. FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE WITH US WILL RESULT TO CANCELLATION OF STAY.
*Only FULLY VACCINATED guests will be allowed to book and stay (except kids 17 years old and below). Kids & infants are counted as per condo admin policy, MAXIMUM of 4 PAX only is allowed.
*Registration at the reception is required. Please bring valid govt issued IDs. Our caretaker will meet you at the lobby and assist you in registration and bring you up to the unit and pass you the keys there.
x NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the unit and on the balcony.
x NO CONSUMPTION of SPIRITS or LIQUOR in the premises.
x NO DEEP FRYING, GRILLING, and STEWING allowed. Only light cooking and re-heating of food is allowed.
X NO TOWELS PROVIDED. Please bring your own towels for hygienic reasons. In case you forget to bring, please inform our caretaker and she will provide you with one. Do take note that the towels in the units, though clean and freshly laundered, were used by other guests.
x STRICTLY NO VISITORS or additional guests. Only guests who are listed in this booking and the Authorization Letter will be allowed inside the unit.
x DO NOT LOG OUT THE GOOGLE & NETFLIX ACCOUNT IN THE SMART TV AND LOG INTO YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT. Guests who will violate this house rule will forfeit their security deposit.
*We REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT of PHP 1,000.00, please pass to our caretaker. She will return your deposit upon check out provided that the unit is in excellent condition and no missing items or damages can be found during inspection.
Check-in / Check-out for STRICT COMPLIANCE:
*CHECK IN is STRICTLY between 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm in the afternoon.
-Kindly advise our caretaker if you will be arriving late at least a day before your check in time. Our caretaker will wait for you until 4:00 pm at no extra cost. Guests who arrive beyond 4:00 pm will have to pay the caretaker Php 100.00 for every hour of late arrival beyond 4:00 pm.
*CHECK OUT is STRICTLY at 12:00 noon.
-Kindly advise our caretaker if you will be checking-out early at least 1-day before check-out date. We won't accommodate early check-out requests sent on the same day.
* DO NOT LEAVE OUR UNIT WITHOUT PERSONALLY PASSING OUR HOUSE KEYS TO OUR CARETAKER. IF YOU DO SO, WE WILL FORFEIT THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Other things to note
* WE DON'T PROVIDE BATH TOWELS. We are encouraging guests to bring their own bath towels. Basic bath toiletries such as body wash, bath soap and shampoo will still be provided.
* Our listing DOES NOT INCLUDE PARKING as we don't own a parking space. However, there's 2 Parking Options:
1. Parking @ The Clubhouse [8-10 mins walk from the unit] (payment to be made upon entry):

20.00 - Per Entry
