Guest access
The entire property is yours to enjoy, with 15 acres of peaceful forest to wander and explore. For guests who love the outdoors, a pink-flagged trail winds through the woods, offering a scenic way to experience the Catskills right outside your door.
The trail is still in development, so please hike with care and watch your footing. You’re also welcome to roam beyond the trail, but always stay within the property lines. Please respect our neighbors by not exploring past the posted signs.

🌲 Nature & Wildlife
Casa Lobo is nestled in the mountains and surrounded by nature. Guests often spot deer, birds, bears, and other wildlife on the property. Please enjoy these moments from a distance and never attempt to feed or attract animals.
We maintain the home with care, including regular pest control treatments. That said, you’re in the woods — occasional interactions with ants, spiders, bees, mosquitoes, or other critters may still happen. To help keep nature outside, please close doors promptly when entering or exiting the house or deck.
💧 Water Use for Larger Groups
Casa Lobo runs on a residential well system and a standard water heater. During periods of heavy use, especially with groups of 4 or more, the system may need time to replenish. To ensure everyone enjoys hot, crystal-clear water, please space out showers and do not attempt to refill the Hot-Tub, contact the host if needed.
🛁 Hot Tub Notice
Our hot tub is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every guest, as well as on a regular weekly schedule, to ensure it’s always safe and relaxing. While we aim to complete all service between stays, occasional maintenance may be required during your visit—we’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum.
Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. The homeowner is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses. Please follow all instructions in the digital guidebook provided before check-in. Misuse or ignoring guidelines may result in additional charges.
❄️ Winter Travel Reminder
Casa Lobo is on a town-maintained road, and we clear the driveway and pathways after snowfall. Since the driveway is gravel, some snow or ice may remain, so please use caution when walking or driving.
Local roads are usually plowed quickly, but winter weather can be unpredictable. We recommend booking winter stays only if you are comfortable driving in snowy, mountainous conditions with a capable vehicle. Your safety is our priority—please travel prepared and with care.
