Casa Leni is a modern Holiday Home designed in cool contemporary style, featuring uninterrupted views over stunning Riviera Levante until Portofino.
Perfectly positioned between Portofino and Cinque Terre, just a few minutes away by car from the charming village of Cavi di Lavagna with its authentic beach clubs and sparkling sea, you can enjoy an unforgettable time between culture, nature and relaxation. At Casa Leni you're in the perfect place to explore everything that Liguria has to offer.

The space
The two-bedroom apartment is located on a hillside within a private gated villa community, just 2 km away from the beaches, restaurants and bars of Cavi di Lavagna (a car is highly recommended). It is sharing a lush green garden with one other apartment in the two-storey house. Behind the front door, you'll find a welcoming open space with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a living & dining area. Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (160x200 e 140x200) for a good night`s sleep. The light bathroom with window features a spacious walk-in shower. In case you wish to work during your vacation, you will find a small but comfortable desk in one of the bedrooms (with sew view!).

The whole apartment is facing towards the sea which is allowing you to follow the sun during the day through its big panorama windows until the moment it goes down over the Peninsula of Portofino.

Take a chair and enjoy the days outside in the lush green shared garden, offering maximum privacy towards the neighboring villas.
If you want to bring e-bikes with you, you can recharge them in a dedicated room; there are beautiful itineraries to discover!

Additional luxuries include an additional private car parking space directly at the entrance of the gated community a few meters away from the heart of Cavi village and a scheduled shuttle bus from the apartment down to the beaches (just during summer months). There is plenty of space to park your car directly in front of the house, too.
The shuttle bus must be booked in advance and is active from 17/06 to 09/09 (mon-sat), departure 09:45, 16:00 and return 12:30, 19:00.

Guest access
You will have access to the outdoor dining table, with a view of the Gulf and the inland. The evening lights create a very romantic atmosphere!

Other things to note
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms. The Nespresso coffee machine is ready for use, including welcome capsules; you will also find tea and herbal teas.
Lastly, there are beach towels available for you to use outside the house.
