This spacious and comfortable house will provide you with everything you need to be with your family or friends. It is a 2-story house with a rooftop terrace located in a residential area only 25 minutes walking distance from the central park of Antigua or 15 minutes by car, 10 minutes walking distance to a shopping center where you will find a supermarket, a movie theater, etc. The San Felipe sanctuary is only a 5-minute walk away, and at a similar distance, you will also find Finca Filadelfia.

The space
On the first floor, you will find the living room with a sofa and a small study; you will also find the dining room, the kitchen, 1 full bathroom, and a laundry area. On the second floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms and a second full bathroom; the first bedroom is equipped with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds, the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, and 1 bunk bed; this bedroom also has a balcony. Finally, there is the rooftop terrace, facing southeast with views of the volcanoes.

If you wish to make a barbecue (churrasco), we have a grill (churrasquera) on the terrace that you can use; just bring the charcoal you need.
