The space
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a surface of 16 m² and is furnished with a comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom is 12 m² and includes a 140 × 200 cm bed and air conditioning, making it ideal for (young) families, couples, friends, or small groups.
The apartment also includes two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a spacious shower and hot water for your comfort.
The home offers an open island kitchen with modern appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, microwave/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A coffee maker and electric kettle are also available. Around the kitchen island you will find high bar stools, perfect for enjoying breakfast, dinner, or drinks together.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa where you can relax and watch TV. A TV box is available, allowing you to watch international channels or stream apps such as YouTube, Netflix, and Disney+ (using your own account).
In the storage room you will find a washing machine so you can easily do your laundry during your stay. The apartment is equipped with both 110V and 220V outlets, making it convenient for different types of devices.
All windows are fitted with insect screens, allowing you to open the windows for fresh air while keeping mosquitoes and other insects outside.
Outside, the apartment features a private terrace with a comfortable lounge area and a beautiful view of the pool — the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean atmosphere.
Guest access
During your stay you will have full access to the entire apartment. Everything is private and exclusively available for you and your travel companions.
You can also use the shared swimming pool, which is accessible only to residents of the apartments and guests.
Within Hofi Sint Joris Resort, additional facilities are available such as a padel court, a football field, and an outdoor fitness area for guests who enjoy staying active during their stay.
Within walking distance you will also find a private beach that is exclusively accessible to residents of the resort — a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun, sea, and beach in peace. (Please note: this beach is currently still under development.)
Since the resort is relatively new, you may occasionally see residents working on the construction of their homes in some areas of the resort. Despite this, the environment remains peaceful and enjoyable for a relaxing stay.
Other things to note
Water & electricity
Water and electricity are relatively expensive on Curaçao due to local production. We kindly ask guests to use air conditioning, lighting, and water responsibly.
Cleaning
The apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival and after every stay. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we can arrange this upon request for a fee of $120 per cleaning.
For stays of 3 weeks or longer, we offer one complimentary cleaning service to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Tourist tax
Local tourist tax is included in the price, so you will not encounter any unexpected costs during your stay.
Quiet environment
Casa KIYA is located in a peaceful apartment complex. We kindly ask guests to be considerate of the neighbors, especially during the evening and nighttime. Parties and loud music are not allowed so that everyone can enjoy a calm and pleasant environment.
Smoking & pets
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Outside smoking is permitted if done respectfully. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
