Welcome and enjoy your stay in our clean, cozy and minimalist home in Sto. Tomas Batangas, home of Padre Pio Shrine! Located in a gated community south of Manila, enjoy the fresh breeze coming from picturesque Mount Makiling. It is within the vicinity of LISP 3 and FPIP, and is strategically close to SLEX Sto. Tomas exit. We have 3 AC rooms and 1 fan room that can accomodate up to 10 guests. The kitchen is equipped for basic food preparation. We strive for our guests to have a comfortable stay.

The space
Our minimalist home offers a relaxing accomodation with hotel vibes at lower rates. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which with air conditioning units and can comfortably accomodate up to 10 guests.
- Master's bedroom with premium double bed, AC, and clothes rack can accomodate 2 guests
- Bedroom 2 with bunk bed, 1 floor mattress, clothes rack, and AC can accomodate 4 guests
- Bedroom 3 with patio, semi double bed, and clothes rack (fan room) can accomodate 2 guests
- Bedroom 4 with a semi double bed and AC can accomodate 2 guests
- Note however that opened rooms will depend on the number of guests. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 will be opened for guests up to 7 pax. And bedroom 4 will be opened for 8 to 10 guests in addition to bedrooms 1, 2 and 3.
- Living room sofa and smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc.
- Dining room with mini bar
- Common toilet and bath with shower in both floors
- Well-equipped kitchen with electrolux fridge, hanabishi microwave oven, induction cooker, water heater and coffee maker. Cookware and dinnerware are also provided.
-Carport can accomodate sedan. Parking in front of the property allowed for larger vehicles.
-There is a service area at the back for drying clothes.

Only registered guests are allowed full access to the house.
We will only open 3 bedrooms for guests up to 7 pax.
Bedroom 1 - A/C room with 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2 - A/C room with 1 bunkbed and 1 floor matress
Bedroom 3 - Fan Room with patio 1 double bed

Bedroom 4 will be opened if you book 8-10pax.
For 3-7 guests who want to use Bedroom 4 (A/C room with 1 double bed), additional P500/night will be charged.

We provide bedsheets, pillowcases and comforters/blankets. You can also bring your own if you opt to.


Nearest convenience store is Alfamart, located at the subdivision entrance. From there you can find an assortment of restaurants and fast food chains hosted in Lifestyle Strip and ATC courtyard, public market, Mercury Drugstore and hospital. But if you prefer dining at home, online food delivery, Food Panda, is available in the area.
