The space
Casa with panoramic view of the beach of João Fernandes, being one of the last of the condominiums on the highest site, so we have hills to climb and stairs to the roof to the entrance of the house.
Attention:

* We have 3 parking spaces on the ground floor of the house and 1 in the condominium, subject to availability;
* We have 3 suites with air conditioning and ceiling fans and 1 with only a ceiling fan;

* Bedding, we recommend a company that rents, on average, a double set for R$140.00 (with towel and blanket) and a single set for R$70.00 (with towel and blanket).
Observe your group and the bedding arrangements in the house, to ask the rental, or guests, if they can bring their own bed linen and towels.
Guest access
The entire house and common area of the condominium will be freely accessible to the guests

3- Do not smoke inside the house;
4- Energy is measured together with the guest at check-in and check-out and paid at check-out by Pix in the amount of R$1.35 per KW/h;
