This apartment is very confortable, bright and cozy and is well located. It has kitchen-living-dinning area, private bathroom, and one room with queen bed. The wifi, cleaning once week, bed linen, electricity, water, wifi and garbage collection is included. The central park is 15-20 minutes walking.

The space
The studio-apartment is inside a property with other apartments and rooms.
Irma is the person in charge of the property (Reception, cleaning and take care of the place, she is from Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm).

If you want the check in on weekends please let us know before, to organize it.

Guest access
The neighborhood is quiet and you can find hospitals, grocery stores, bakeries and a few restaurants. The property doesnt have parking service, but we can show you some of them at the surroundings.

During the day and night we suggest you be careful like in all the country. For the transportation you can take taxi or uber (the last one is cheaper)

Inside Casa Ja you can find different studio-apartments, private rooms with bathroom and private rooms with shared bathrooms (for this kind of rooms we have common kitchen area)

We have a door with digital lock, each guest has a different code and we have security cameras. Is forbidden the noises that bother the other guests.
We reserved the admission right.

Here in Quetzaltenango normally exist a problem that the city hall cuts the electricity, take consideration of that. As you know Guatemala is not a safe country, please dont use luxury belongings at the street. Take care of your wallet and bags.
