Welcome to Quetzaltenango. The studio apartment includes wifi,
electricity, water and cleaning once a week. It consists of an open area with a kitchen, dining room and living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a closet and a private bathroom.
On the side of 12th Street, you can walk to the central park in 15 minutes.

Irma Reception is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. At other times, the guest enters with their codes.
Important! We do not have parking, but we can recommend some nearby.

The space
The property has two levels, in the shape of a rectangle, it has a central courtyard and around it are the apartments and rooms. The people who live there are known to be friendly, quiet, and respectful of the house. You'll find people of various ages and countries.

Where you’ll be

Quetzaltenango, Guatemala

In the area where we are there is a diversity of hospitals and clinics, some restaurants and shops. Walking, we are 15 to 20 minutes from the central parking lot. We are close to a Spanish school. The area is very accessible. In the evenings, as in almost all of Guatemala, it is better to take uber or taxi. We're two blocks away from Alamo or Cristobal Colon.
