Welcome to Casa Ibicenca in Benicassim, a Mediterranean-style townhouse in a luxurious and comfortable space, a 3-minute walk to the beach. Located in a quiet residential development with a swimming pool for adults and children. The house has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with its individual split air conditioning (hot/cold), mosquito net and ceiling fan; kitchen; large living room with air conditioning; beautiful terrace with chill-out space; 1 bathroom 1 toilet; free high-speed WiFi; private parking.
The space
The living room located on the ground floor has a comfortable and extendable sofa, extendable table, 43'' Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon, as well as air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the colder months.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the rooms on the first floor. Each is equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioners with individual controls.
The closets are built-in and have hangers for your clothes. All bedrooms have mosquito nets. There are three bedrooms:
- The “Suite Moon” room is a double room with a 1.50 double bed and has access to a beautiful balcony of its own.
- The “Sun” room is a double room with a 1.35m double bed.
- The “Mint” room has two 90 cm beds and a built-in double-capacity closet.
The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine and also a traditional coffee maker, blender, thermos, juice squeezer, etc.
The bathroom offers hand soap, gel, shampoo, hair dryer, and a heater for cold months. The upstairs bathroom has a shower. The downstairs bathroom has no shower.
There is also a folding clothesline for hanging clothes outside.
And an iron and ironing board for clothes.
The terrace offers sofas and a large umbrella in the chill-out area, a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and an extendable awning.
In the terrace's outdoor storage room, some beach items (umbrella, beach chairs, etc.) are offered for guests to enjoy, as well as some cleaning items during their stay.
For babies we have a mini crib or travel crib and high chair for eating, upon request.
The accommodation offers board games for entertainment during the stay.
Guests have access to the entire house except for the closet just below the house's staircase. This closet is closed to guests, is used for storage, and access is not allowed.
Wi-Fi is a free service and works at full speed in all rooms of the house, including the outdoor terrace area, at a speed of 300 Mbps.
Guest access
Guests have access to the community's development from the month of June until the end of September.
Pool hours are 9am until 10pm. Please respect the rest of the neighbors at the time of napping (especially from 15 to 17 hours). You can't drink, eat, or smoke in the pool. Access to the outdoor showers of the community is allowed.
There is the possibility of renting a Paddle Surf board. Ask about availability and pricing.

RULES OF INTERNAL RULES OF CASA IBICENCA IN BENICÁSIM
Guest agrees to respect the following rules of Casa Ibicenca in Benicasim and ensure good coexistence in the Community:
* Use the house for tourist purposes and respect the rules of coexistence of the "Ciudad Ibicenca" community.
* Maximum capacity for 6 people.
*Do not accommodate more people than allowed.
*Turn off lights and AC every time I leave the house.
* Do not engage in annoying, unlawful or prohibited activities by current regulations.
* Keep the house in good condition and return it in the same conditions.
* Arrival: After 4:00 PM. Early check-in under availability.
* Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. Late check out under availability.
* No smoking of any kind inside the house. You can only smoke on the terrace.
No pets allowed.
* No parties and meetings are strictly prohibited. Under sanction by the competent authorities.
* Respect the neighbors' peace from midnight and from 15 to 5 pm (Spanish siesta).
* Respect pool usage rules: No eating, drinking, and smoking in the pool. Required showering and removing sand from the beach before entering the pool.
* Parking the car in the assigned number spot. Only one car is allowed per booking.
* Empty the fridge and dispose of the garbage before leaving.
* Candles are not permitted in the house.
* To secure your belongings, please remember to close windows and house doors when you are not at the property.
*Guests are reminded that any damage caused during the stay will be reported to Airbnb for review and possible charge in accordance with the platform's policies.
