Two-room apartment in Finale Ligure, about 200 meters from the sea, in a very convenient location: 50 meters from the station and public transport, 500 meters from the historic center and about 2 km from the highway exit. In the immediate vicinity you will find a convenience store, pizzerias, services and a playground. The apartment is ideal for those who want to get around on foot: the beach, center, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
The house consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a dining area, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle, a large double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, a storage room with a washing machine and two balconies.
You will find TV, free Pocket Wi-Fi, air conditioning and independent heating. Sheets and towels (face, bidet, shower and shower mat) are included, as well as a hairdryer and iron. We also provide a complete courtesy line (shampoo, soap, intimate hygiene, beard kit, dental hygiene kit and sewing kit) and a small starter kit with herbal teas and coffee capsules for the first few days.

Check-in and check-out: check-in in person from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible upon request, subject to availability and any previous departures/reservations. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. only if agreed in advance and based on our availability. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out upon request, compatible with any arrivals on the same day; if available, it can be extended until 8:00 p.m. to respect the condominium's quiet hours.
