Welcome to Casa Ginger! I'm Giulia, host of this lovely apartment in the heart of Moltrasio, where I was born and raised. What makes this village so special? For me, the location: on the shores of the lake, peaceful and surrounded by greenery, but also just minutes away from all amenities and services.
The same goes for my apartment: in a quiet area with a beautiful lake view, but within walking distance of bars, restaurants, attractions and excursions. And equipped with all amenities!

The space
The apartment is located on the first floor, is spread over 90 square meters and can accommodate up to four guests.

It consists of a large living area with a four-seater sofa, 43-inch Smart TV and a large dining table overlooking the lake. Not to be missed: morning breakfast on the lovely little balcony!

There is a full kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and tea kettle.

As you will see, I love space and light: the two bedrooms, spacious and bright, have a double bed and plenty of closet space.

The lovely bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, sanitary ware and completed with a supply of towels, hair dryer and toiletries.

Finally, the house has a convenient free parking space within the courtyard below.

As I work all day in an office (unfortunately, for now!) I will probably not be there for your arrival. But the apartment is easily accessible by self-check-in, for which I will send you all the instructions before your stay.

However, to welcome you in the best possible way, I have prepared a Welcome Guide, which you will find in the house: it will provide you with all the necessary information about the apartment, services in the area and some good tips for exploring the neighborhood.
