Spacious and cozy beach house, located between the Tatuamunha Sea and the river that houses the Manatee Sanctuary. Just 200 meters from the beach, the house has 2 en-suites with TV, air-conditioning and a private balcony facing the garden and an incredible swimming pool. It has a spacious living room, connected to a full American-style kitchen. The outdoor area has a gourmet space and a large balcony with hammocks facing the pool. Our check-in and check-out times are always flexible (subject to availability).

The space
Casa Gaiúba was designed to offer practicality and comfort to its guests. The east and west en-suites have private balconies and are on opposite sides of the house, ensuring privacy. The house has complete infrastructure to receive guests in a practical and comfortable way. We offer Wi-Fi (50 Mega) and 50'' smart TV in the living room (Sky HD with 273 + Premiere) and in both suites (43''). The balcony area with hammocks guarantees shade and warmth. We have a great outdoor space with a barbecue and a second full kitchen. We offer beach chairs, sun umbrellas, 2 coolers and 2 stand up paddle boards. It also has a large workspace with a comfortable chair, as well as a 24'' monitor. Simply connect your laptop via your HDMI or VGA cable. We offer the option of breakfast for an extra fee, plus a cook service per day or a certain period also for an extra fee.

Casa Gaiúba is located in the heart of the Ecological Route of Miracles. It is located right on the border between São Miguel dos Milagres and Porto de Pedras on Tatuamunha beach. We are located just 10 minutes from the gourmet village of Tatuamunha, which is home to restaurants and shops.
The house was built on a large, fully fenced 860m² plot. You will have exclusive access to the entire area, which includes the house, swimming pool, kiosk with gourmet space, garden and parking. You don't share the space with anyone other than your family and friends.

Other things to note
We have a caretaker, Edmilson, who lives near the place and will always be available to help you with whatever is needed, in addition to maintaining the garden and pool throughout your stay. His wife, Lina, is very thorough and is responsible for cleaning the place before you arrive. She also changes the bed linens and towels every 4 days.
We offer extra cooking service if you are interested. Our allotment has night security carried out by a private company that performs constant night rounds using motorcycles.
