All rooms are air-conditioned and provide a unique view of Todos os Santos Bay. The house has four large suites, distributed as follows:

Main floor:
- Living room/TV
- Half-bath
- Fully equipped social kitchen
- Dining room with large table
- Pool overlooking the Bay

Distribution of the suites on the upper floors:
- 1st floor: Suite with queen-size bed, overlooking the historic center and the Convento do Carmo.
- 2nd floor: Master Suite with Super King bed, balcony overlooking the Bay, marble bathroom with 2 showers, countertop with 2 sinks and TV.
- 3rd floor: Suite with queen-size bed, overlooking the historic center and the Convento do Carmo.
