The space
The Philosophy: A Sanctuary for Reconnection
Casa Eubá was born from a longing to reconnect: with nature, with simplicity, and with ourselves. Inspired by the Eubalaena australis (Southern Right Whales) that grace our coast, the house embodies the quiet elegance of these gentle giants. It is designed as a "place of return", a sanctuary where time slows down, allowing you to breathe deeply and find your rhythm in harmony with the sea.
Fluid Architecture
Envisioned by the high-end studio SAAG from São Paulo, the villa creates a deep dialogue with the surrounding landscape. The design utilizes bamboo-styled concrete, natural stone, and local hardwoods to craft a space of "understated sophistication." It is organic, tactile, and perfectly integrated with the native Restinga vegetation that protects our dunes.

The house offers 505m² of fluid living space:
- The Suites: The top floor features four ensuite bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Two are
Oceanfront Master Suites offering commanding views of the Atlantic, while two are serene Guest Suites facing the quiet internal condominium.
- Comfort Everywhere: For cooler days, we have installed heated floors in all bathrooms and common living areas.
- Multi-Purpose Haven: A central area on the upper level serves as a TV lounge, workspace, or play area for children.
- Indoor-Outdoor Flow: On the ground floor, floor-to-ceiling glass doors dissolve the boundary between the open-plan gourmet kitchen/living area and the terrace, inviting the ocean breeze to become part of your day.
