Casa Elsa is an exclusive, ocean view luxury vacation rental home located in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, featuring four bedrooms and five full baths. Casa Elsa combines over 7700 square feet of tropical paradise with the luxury and amenities that are sure to satisfy.
To ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we cannot accommodate children under 5 years old due to the spacing between cable railings. This can pose a fall risk for young children who may try to climb or slip through.

🧹 On-Site Housekeeper (Monday–Saturday)
A professional housekeeper is on-site Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Guests should expect staff presence during these hours. Privacy is always respected.
🛏 Housekeeping & Pool Service
Daily housekeeping and laundry service included except Sundays. Pool serviced Mondays and Fridays, 8:00 AM–10:00 AM — requires brief entrance into the home.
❄️ Air Conditioning
Bedrooms only. Keep doors closed when AC is running and turn off when leaving the room. Social areas are open-air by design.
⚡ Power Outages
Occasional outages may occur during heavy rain — normal for Costa Rica. Typically resolves within minutes to a couple of hours. Emergency flashlights provided throughout. No refunds for acts of God.
🔒 Security & Parking
Exterior cameras monitor the driveway, entrances, and gardens. Parking for up to 3 large vehicles across two private areas (42 ft + 40 ft).
✔ Guest Verification
Pre-arrival verification through Truvi is required. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text — please complete before arriving for a smooth check-in.
💳 Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit hold is required prior to check-in.
👶 Children Policy
For safety reasons, children under 5 are not permitted. The home features open cable railings and multiple elevated levels that present fall hazards for young children.
🌿 Nature & Wildlife Notice
Casa Elsa is in a natural jungle setting. Guests may encounter insects and local wildlife — this is part of the authentic Costa Rican experience. Precautions are taken to minimize encounters.
📋 House Rules
1. The primary guest booking and signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old. No exceptions.
2. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking.
Only registered guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property at any time. No unregistered visitors.
3. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Loud music or excessive noise is not permitted. Loud noise after 8:00 PM may be grounds for immediate eviction.
4. No pets, smoking, loud music, commercial photography, parties, or events of any kind.
5. A $500 security deposit hold is required prior to check-in.
6. Guest verification through Truvi is required prior to arrival.
7. Third-party travel insurance is required for cancellations outside our cancellation policy.
8. Check-in: 3:00 PM — Check-out: 10:00 AM.
