The space
Great choice to visit and rest with family and friends!
The house is a three story building, infinity pool with hand-painted tiles, jacuzzi, pool area with outdoor shower, Turkish and various social areas.
It is currently privately rented.
The house has a double bedroom and half bathroom (no shower) on the first floor, a dining room, kitchen, pantry, refrigerator area, social bathroom with shower, and 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Third floor with two bedrooms, optional for groups of more than 12 people.

The entire property is a beautiful and spacious space to rest, complete and furnished, with all amenities, showers with hot water, it is cool all day, does not need air conditioning. The house has several different areas to converse and enjoy, surrounded by lots of nature and peace, it has outside chairs on a kiosk, a deck, a terrace on each floor with incredible views for birding and rest, hammocks area for naps or reading, campfire area, and separate Bbq area.

The house has wi-fi and parking included in the rate. Towels in the bedrooms and pool towels.
Near the house you can find adventure sports or quiet plans such as bird watching, visiting panela trapiches and being in contact with nature, enjoying the fresh air of the Colombian countryside.

The space is for 10 people included in the price.

The Jacuzzi can operate 2 hours daily from 9:00 to 11:00 am or from 2:00 to 4:00 pm when requested.
The Turco operates a daily hour to arrange per rented night. The chosen time must be booked. Both services are provided maximum until 8:00 pm!!

The house does not have a sauna.

Description of the house:
Large dining room area, with integrated auxiliary rooms, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, fridge and toilet area, a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed and a half bathroom.
On the second floor there are four rooms each with a bathroom (max 4 couples and 2 single beds), a TV room.
optional third floor with two bedrooms each with a bathroom, one for a maximum of 8 people and another for 5 people.

Around the house, there are ample green areas and gardens, uncovered shared parking lot for several cars and a small soccer/volleyball court that guests can enjoy.

Guest passages $40,000 per person per day.
Children over 5 years of age pay full quota.
Cost per night: small breed dog with permission $50,000 and without permission fine $200,000. Dogs presenting a free service card. Guests are responsible for damage caused by their pets.
Jacuzzi 2 hours daily, and Turkish 1 hour per night rented, in hours to be agreed (between 8am to 8pm max), must be requested.

Access in winter may require a 4x4 car or the cart can be left in a nearby hotel and guests pick up and drive to the house is offered.

Nocaima is a mainly agrarian and panel-making town. It is a very quiet and safe village that is growing.
It is recommended to bring specific products, gourmet or delicatessen that you may need from Bogotá.
There is an agrarian bank, 3 Bancolombia branches, a Davivienda virtual branch and several Nequi branches.

Casa Eledan Campestre can provide one person (every 12 guests) to help in the kitchen. It is necessary to confirm in advance (price $90,000 per day per person, normal weekends and holidays $100,000.
