As per the condominium administration policy , the standard capacity of the unit is 5 guest only including infant. Violation fee of 700 will be charge if morethan 5 pax per head per night to be pay upon arrival in the property .
Early check in or late checkout is subject to availability.
Please let us know in advance if checking-in after 2:00 PM.
Check-in after 11:00 PM is allowed.
We charge LATE check in fee after 2pm ( overtime pay for our staff )
3pm- 6pm (150pesos)
7pm to 11pm (200 pesos)
We only provide 2 BATH TOWELS and 2 amenity kit per booking.
Always make sure that you lock the unit when going out to protect both of our belongings. We are not responsible for any lost possessions.
We require 1000.00 pesos security deposit to be collected upon arrival fully refundable after clearing the unit before check out.
Any damage or loss shall be paid by the guest. We conduct an inspection before and upon checkout to determine any damage or loss.
Parking is strictly advised in advance to reserve your slot with a fee if you want to get basement parking in the same tower . Late advice is subject for availability. Paid parking are also available in the Commercial Area and in the Clubhouse.
