The space
THE SPACE
An airy and cozy house with ample space and views from all bedrooms and the living room — all designed to provide a pleasant environment for guests.

THE LIVING ROOM
50-inch TV with the best streaming apps to enjoy movies and TV series at night. Extremely comfortable sofa with space for 4 people, plus 2 double armchairs. And yes, we have Wi-Fi — internet up to 450 MB for you to browse with ease.

THE BEDROOMS
One of the rooms is en-suite, with a private bathroom and a double bed — spacious and overlooking the front of the house.
The other two bedrooms have 2 beds each and a wonderful view of the side of the house.
The guest bathroom has a glass window, perfect for those who want to take a shower while admiring the scenery.

THE KITCHEN
Fully equipped: cabinets, cutlery, glasses, plates, blender, microwave, oven, stove, pots and refrigerator. A huge sink (warning: only for washing dishes, okay? 😄) and everything you need to prepare great meals.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Small sink, washing machine and clothesline to dry your items.

BARBECUE AREA
Barbecue, sink for washing hands, refrigerator for cold drinks, and wood-burning stove.

We also have a pool table to enjoy with family and friends, a pool for the kids to cool off, lines and kites to play with, and our famous go-cart — great for those looking for a little adrenaline on the slope in front of the house.

CAUTION: We are not responsible for accidents with the gravity racer. We recommend the use of elbow pads, knee pads and a helmet, and that guardians supervise the children while they play. Other than that, fun is guaranteed!

At the house, there is a garage for 1 car and space on the ramp for 2 more. It is also possible to park anywhere in the condominium, as long as it is against the curb.

Pardinho is 25 minutes from the condominium — a small, rural town with great tourist attractions such as Pedra do Índio, Gigante Adormecido and Cuesta Café, among others that we continue to discover.
Botucatu is 40 minutes away — a big city with several shopping options and a mall.
