There are three air-conditioned suites.
• Suite 1: One King bed with tv overlooking the lake and partial to the dam. • Hall: with two single beds. (top floor).
• Suite 2: a double bed + a single bed
• Suite 3: a double bed + a single bed

• The house has a step and a staircase leading to an en-suite bedroom upstairs.

Guests can access the entire subdivision:
Yacht Sector and Marina Sector.
• Pizzaria: Ponto Alto . Consumption on-site or delivery.
• Hamburger joint: Ponto Alto. Eat-in or delivery.
• Restaurant and café: Casa do Lago (next to the house), on-site dining.
• Playground: Casa do Lago .
• Mini-market: Empório Santa Cristina (bread, meat, beverages, ice cream, and all basic groceries).
• Lagos for sport fishing (next to the house)
• Two public ramps for boat descent that are in the vicinity of the Yacht and Marina clubs,
Next to the clubs, there is an area by the dam that can be used as a beach.
• Local for walking.
• Jetski rental and motorboat rides (we can pass some contact).
• For access to the condominium, you will need to provide full name and ID of all guests, license plate and model of vehicles.
• In addition to the condominium's amenities, the nearest town has pharmacies, a gas station, and a supermarket that also offers delivery; simply place your order one day in advance, and it will be delivered to your home the following day.
The market is located in Campos de Holambra ll – Paranapanema, São Paulo.

For the internal access of the clubs it is necessary to purchase the Day Use,
the value is per night, per person and varies depending on the date, the table established by the club needs to be consulted.

Any Damage to the property or to any furniture caused by the pet will be charged an extra fee. You must bring your belongings (walks and pots)
The house has a side gate, but the walls are low, check the photos of the ad.
Guests:
• Bed and bath linens are required.
If necessary, these accessories can be provided, but there will be an “additional fee of $390” to be paid on the day of check-in.
And to book more than 21 days, this service will be offered as a courtesy.
• Required to bring: pool towels.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only in the outside area.
• Visits, parties and events are not permitted.
• If more people are found to be present than those listed on the reservation, an additional fee of
$300 per night / per person.
• We ask you to respect the quiet hours (10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.).
• The excess of messiness, dirt and grease, as well as dirty or poorly washed utensils will lead to additional fees, as they generate unforeseen costs for hosts.
