Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the garage, private hot tub, and backyard. The yard is completely private and fully fenced, offering total seclusion from outside view.

The indoor, heated pool is open year-round and is shared only with the other Cottonwood townhomes. Just a 5-minute walk at the end of the street. Code provided in the welcome book at the house.
