Our comfy and spacious home is newly and completely renovated. Enjoy plenty of space, all around. Upstairs you will enjoy a large living room, dining room, kitchen, wood burning fireplace, three bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Downstairs enjoy a large living room, bedroom, wood burning fireplace and a full bathroom. Home is located minutes away from UNI campus and College Hill Area. Very close to the historic downtown area that includes restaurants and shopping. Relax and unwind on the patio that includes a fire-pit and a BBQ grill.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Guests will receive a code to the front door the morning of their check-in.
