CASA DE VERONICA EXCLUSIVE RESORT is a 950 sqm, exclusive, mediterranean-themed resort in the serene summer destination Calatagan, Batangas—a four-hour drive from the metro.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We can fit 15 to 30 guests. However, our airbnb rate is good for 15 pax, additional rate of P500/head (per night) for guests exceeding 15 pax is applicable. Extra mattress is available.

The space
AMENITIES
We have 5, spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 double beds each (and extra mattress), 1 air-conditioned recreation room with a table tennis set, swimming pool, and kiddie pool which can be converted into jacuzzi.

We are complete with basic kitchen equipment, utensils, gas stove, range, water & dispenser, grilling area, gazebo and outdoor dining. We do not have a cook or any food service.

We also have a karaoke set, bonfire area and an in-property parking space.

We are also 10-minutes away from the town proper, and have nearby stores, and local restaurants for you to buy from.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Our living and dining area is not air-conditioned.

BEACH ACCESS
We are 5 minutes drive away from the nearest beach. Please note that most of the beaches in Calatagan is privately-owned and has a corresponding day-tour rate. Our beaches are often visited by campers who set up tents at the beach.

If you are looking to make the most out of your Calatagan trip, we suggest you try the floating cottage/balsa and tour different offshore destinations in Calatagan, like Little Boracay.

PET-FRIENDLY
Feel free to bring your pets with you during your stay, as our place is pet friendly! When you book with us, kindly declare that you will be bringing a pet during your stay. We have a rate of P300/pet (per night).

We have an in-property parking good for 4 cars. A spacious lot opposite the property is also available for parking

Guest access
You may access most of the areas of the house except for the caretaker’s quarters, storage and laundry area.

Other things to note
Recently, the barangay started a strict implementation of collecting ecological fees to all resort guests in Calatagan, please note that a barangay representative may visit the place and collect a P30 ecological fee per guest. If ever you paid for one earlier, make sure to keep the ticket that they will issue to show that you have settled for it earlier.

Our caretaker stays in-house in order to assist you with the pool and house amenities. Our caretaker’s room access is outside the house and will only enter the house should you be in need of his help.
