HAS ACCESSIBILITY? No. Unfortunately we do not have accessibility for people with poor mobility (e.g., elderly and/or motorsport), we have a 1-throw step in some parts of the house, but we have support bars in the showers, but the doors and the box are not required for wheelchair passage.
HOW ARE THE BATHROOMS? DO I NEED TO BRING A TOWEL? No! There are 5 complete bathrooms, 4 in the suites (1 with hydro and dryer) and 1 full bathroom with family shower in the central area of the house. We offer all bathrooms, face and bath towels, bathroom rugs, toilet soaps*, toilet paper *, bath foam *, shampoo *, conditioner * and body cream * (* non-repaired items) (we do not offer beach/pool towels). We have support bars in some showers and 1 toilet seat for the elderly. One of the showers is gas (orange suite), if it cools down it is because the gas has run out, just change the cylinder behind the shower wall, we always have a spare in the laundry room.
HOW MANY SUITES ARE there? There are 4 suites, 3 on the ground floor and one on the upper floor (blue) with external access. Depending on the number of people, the blue suite may be locked.
- WHAT DO I FIND IN THE SUITES? All have locker, created mute, air conditioning, table fan, set of sheets, pillows, hangers, blanket and the blue suite also has TV (digital antenna), electric kettle and utensils for breakfast and snack. In the orange suite we have a great hairdryer (fixed on the wall).

- HAS BED AND BATH LINEN? AND WHAT ARE THE SIZES? Yes, we offer every loft + pillows and blankets, for the exact number of guests of your stay, 1 bed set per bed, regardless of the number of days booked (there are no changes). We use 100% cotton bedding, on an average of 150 yarns. Our beds are: 1 en-suite with double bed + 1 children's bed, 1 en-suite with queen bed + 1 single bed, 1 en-suite with bunk bed + 2 single beds, 1 en-suite with double bed, we have extras (on request): 1 infant bed, 1 single bed (mattress + base) and 2 cots.
Reservations over 14 days, we go to the property to change the kit of all the rooms.
- DO YOU OFFER CLEANING DURING THE STAY? NO! We do not offer this service. We leave sponges, cloths, brooms, squeegees, mop and buckets for your use. We also always leave some detergent, ajax, liquid soap and softener for YOUR arrival. If you want the cleaning service during your stay, we suggest looking for the company Maria Brasileira (I can pass the contact)
- HAVE 1 BEBE, VCS HAVE ACCESSORIES? Yes, we have baby furniture and dishes >> UPON REQUEST and availability for the reservation date: full cot for up to 20/25 kg, bathtub with exchanger, chair, bedding, covers, pillow, towel, mosquito net, etc. We do not have nets on the windows. Bebes is UP TO 2 YEARS = 24 MONTHS. We receive up to 3 babies per reservation, of which 2 babies are free of charge.
I HAVE A CHILD, AM I GOING TO BE "QUIET"? Yes! Our land is flat, without unevenness, the areas of the rooms are open, you can see the entire extension, the pool is fenced and has a gate. We have mtas rooms and balcony so that they have room to play on raining days. We have toys available, table with chairs, crockery, swing, slide and children's beds. We do not have nets on the windows. We kindly ask you to take care that the children do not dirty the sofas and walls. Children count and pay from 2 years = 24 months and 1 day. We reinforce the recommendation of adult supervision whenever children are in the water (swimming pool, Jacuzzi or hydro).
- HOW MANY TV'S DO YOU HAVE? E O Q IS OFFERED? We have 3 TV's, 1 TV ROKU, 1 smart TV and 1 TV with an external antenna (picks up the soap operas and news) in the blue room.
HOW IS THE INTERNET? Our internet is by fiber optics, the wifi signal is great and constant and picks up the whole house, including throughout the external area, we have a network cable ready for use as well. It is a third party service for which we have no responsibility in the event of a signal drop, for example.
- HOW DO I WASH CLOTHES AND DRY? Our service area has washer / cold / common, stainless steel tank, clothesline and wall dryer (air), and outside we have several poles available with staples. We have no iron to pass.
- DO YOU HAVE BEACH ITEMS? We have 06 beach chairs available, other items (umbrella, beach towels, cart, cooler = we do not offer), must be brought by you.
- HOW DOES THE POOL 'WORK? It is exclusive for your reservation, It is NOT HEATED, the leisure area is not shared. The swimming pool is walled, has a blindex fence and gate, it is not heated, the engine filters automatically, the light goes on and off by itself, and the engine room remains locked. We have an employee who cleans, he has entrance and free access to the outside area of the house, he comes 2 x in the week without specific time (on the day of check in and in the middle of the week). Vc only has q 'fishing 'the leaves that fall on it using the net.
And A JACUZZI? The jacuzzi IS NOT HEATED.
The engine automatically filters, the light goes on and off by itself and the engine room remains locked, you just need to activate, turn on and off the spa jets you want to use. The water is changed for YOUR arrival, you can't even fill it up or empty it, so if you use it, keeping it clean is essential.
Our pool and jacuzzi have automatic filtration and are equipped with anti-suction covers, but the system continues to pull water normally to filter, we recommend adult supervision whenever children are in the water
- DO YOU HAVE BARBECUE ITEMS? Yes, our equipment is complete for barbecue, we have refrigerator, sink, barbecue, boards, spikes, grill, basins, sleepers, good knives, table, chairs, trash can etc
- HAS WHERE TO STORE THE CAR? Yes, our garage is closed, has electronic gate, is covered and is for 2 large cars (SUV type) or 3 small ones. It is not allowed to park outside the garage area or to remove vases or benches. Our garage does not serve truck-like cars such as RAM 1,500, 2,500 or 3,000. Electric car charging is not allowed.
- CAN I TAKE MY DOG? Yes, we accept your dogs with pleasure and love and a maximum of 3 per booking (however we do not accept puppies), but you need to INFORM during the consultation because there is a charge and we have rules for this, if you, or someone in your group is bringing dogs, notify you during the consultation or a maximum of 48 hrs BEFORE check in, you will receive information about the house rules regarding their stay. The dogs need to arrive WITHOUT FLEAS, and for this they must take 1 capstar tablet 1 day before the trip. Dogs that come without warning will NOT be able to enter. If we see the dog cameras that have not been informed, there will be a fine for the stay per dog/per day. The garden is walled, the dogs have no way out, we offer home, bed and pots. The pool HAS fence, the dogs do not have access to it.
And CAT? We do not accept cats unfortunately because of the furniture, we ask that do not insist and do not bring hidden, there is a fine for cats and termination of the reservation immediately.
Vc needs to keep the areas clean of waste and deliver the house without waste.
HOW DO MAINTENANCE WORK DURING THE STAY? As in any house / trade, lamps burn, shower resistances burn, etc… For example, you burned the gate motor board, how do I do? (just examples). We have a service provider who serves us, you let me know what happened and I call him and he will come over the period, usually on the same day, but according to HIS availability. Keeping in mind that you're on vacation and you won't want to wait, so it's a hard math to compose, but it's always worked out. Remembering that we are not a hotel with a wide range of services…. and we also depend on if we need a specific piece, we are in a small town, with store limitations, we will have to wait for it to arrive.
- WHERE IS IT? IS NEAR THE BEACH? We are located in Ferraz, the newest center of the city, 1 block has the largest and cheapest market in the city and has the organic fair. In the region there are small super useful trades, like a drink house, bakery, pharmacy, etc. We are only 800 mts or 10 minutes walk from the beach of Morrinhos or to the center on a normal walk (see the maps in the photo album, this EXACT location). BEACH DISTANCES: SILVEIRA 2.0 KM / RUST 5.6 KM / PINK 11 KM. Read the NEIGHBORHOOD item here in the ad will get several specific information. Great for those looking for beach & surfing.

The amount paid refers to the number of persons informed in the reservation. There can be no more people than hired, including children.
Our daily rate considers the variable costs (water, electricity, energy, gas, laundry, depreciation, etc.) of the property and is therefore proportional to the number of guests.

- WHAT the CAMERAS FILM OR RECORD? we have cameras with AI system (count people, record faces, animals, etc.) that are described in the announcement. During YOUR stay, out of the 7 external we have, only 3 cameras are activated, all EXTERNAL (focused on corridors around the house and walls), the 3 activated are one at the entrance of the garage, another in the garden, focused on the walls (includes pool in the background/far) and one in the back, focused to the wall and surroundings. They are security cameras, not of monitoring, reproducing live images, where we check when necessary, the services of our providers (gardener and fish), operation of automatic nighttime lights of the pool (filtering), possibly parties (not allowed) and/or excess of people. They CANNOT be disconnected, covered, turned, capped, etc., subject to the end of the reservation in the act of one of these infractions, the others (the other 3) are activated only when we do not have a reservation.

Garopaba is a praiana/ rural town, with a lot of native green area, has wild animals native to the region, such as skunks (protected by LAW) and sometimes walk in the garden or on the roof and lizards that may appear in the garden. The surroundings of the house are all made up of a garden full of life, and around, land and some houses, we do semiannual decommissioning and we have no way to curb the entrance of insects, but if they enter, they will die. We have no responsibility for things we cannot intervene.

mini cyclone-style, high-volume high volume ☔️ rainfall with strong winds can cause volume of water on the ground (which flows fast as the rain passes through) and/or can ‘push‘ the water through the tiles or they can take some tiles out of the place, making it possible to enter water through the lining, running through some of the lines and wetting some isolated point.
The whole year we mess with the roof, lining up and checking everything, but strong winds at the time of the rain end up misaligning the roof that has features of an old farmhouse, but nothing that compromises your vacation.

Neighborhood highlights
We are located in Ferraz, the newest center of the city, where there is the largest and cheapest hypermarket in the city, the organic market and small businesses in the surroundings, there is a gas station, mini market, pharmacy, native speakeasies (with the coldest and most affordable beers), the pancake house, some restaurants, bus station, in short, everything 'in hand', we are a 10-minute walk from the beach and also a 10-minute walk from the center, it offers a nice silence in an urban area so much closer to nature. The neighborhood located in the 'western region', next to the lagoon region, has grown a lot, as well as the whole city, formerly we were at the end of the city, now we are in the almost central area, which grows more, with more green and land (not for long), there is a much greater movement through the region but despite this there is no traffic and the house is super closed, well reserved, very quiet. Almost corner with the GRP 010, it is an excellent exit to the beaches both N qto S, avoiding the congestion of the central road.
