This modern home with a 2,500-square-meter garden is fully fenced and situated in a private, gated community with 24/7 security in Pachacamac, just a 45-minute drive from Lima.

We have made several improvements since your last visit to help you enjoy your stay even more. Our kitchen is now fully equipped, featuring a new air fryer and acrylic glasses you can take to the pool without worries. We’ve also added acrylic cups and plates for the little ones, so they can use them without the risk of breakage. Additionally, we’ve installed a Weber Summit grill, known for its excellent heat insulation and versatility for slow cooking over many hours—ideal for braising or smoking—perfect for cuts of meat like brisket, among others.

The $250 cleaning fee covers the thorough cleaning of the house before each stay (sheets, towels, duvets), pool maintenance (chlorine, vacuuming, chemicals such as aluminum and copper, cleaning of walls and floors), and certain gardening tasks (pruning, lawn mowing, fertilizing, etc.). It also includes the replenishment of basic supplies (toilet paper, soap, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, etc.), though it does not include charcoal for the grill or ice.

With the new automatic irrigation system and replanted lawn, the garden stays green year-round—even in summer—and the pool remains clearer thanks to the recently installed filtering system. We’ve also added outdoor furniture from the Cane-line Nest line, made of aluminum and wood with Sunbrella fabric, which is extremely comfortable and resistant to rain and sun.

Finally, we now provide a “high-speed” 20 Mbps Internet service with repeaters that reaches the bedrooms perfectly and has proven to be very reliable. We look forward to welcoming you back so you can enjoy all these updates on your next visit!

Pachacamac, Lima Region, Peru

The region where Pachacamac is located has a drier climate than the one on the coast, which is very humid and during the winter the feeling of cold is less than within the city of Lima.

The Pachacamac neighborhood has a set of unique tourist attractions. You can find very distinctive restaurants and outdoor activities such as horseback riding, paragliding, ATV tours and others. Also it is very close to the beach where you can participate in horseback riding on the shore. The ruins of Pachacamac, the new museum, and the flea markets are another set of tourist attractions nearby.

The house is located 35 - 45 minutes from the city by car, varying according to traffic. This area is close to the Panamericana Sur, the main artery that runs through Lima. Using this road will definitely help you get much faster to anywhere you need to be inside the city.

There are many recommended places near the house that have a special appeal for families. For example, EcoRestoPark, with its extensive set of outdoor themed games for children. There's also Dinoworld Restaurant which has large-scale robotic dinosaur shows/exhibits for kids and the Eco Restaurant Las Chaxras, with campfires, unique menu of Peruvian drinks and DJs on Fridays and Saturdays.

These restaurants are casually close to the house, about a 5-10 minute drive away. For hiking or cycling, just a little further north about 10 minutes away is the El Prado circuit, a meeting point for families or people who visit this area with diversity of interests such as' trekking 'or hiking, cycling, paragliding, etc. Continuing a walking tour you can visit the Mirador - Jergon Trail (exclusive for hikes ), or Las Lomas de los Manzanos where there are very nice views, there is abundant vegetation, species of flowers of the area and you can breathe pure air.

About 20-25 minutes by car, also with direct access from the house , that is, within what is considered the same 'neighborhood', is the 'Citadel of Pachacamac', an important archaeological complex of Lima that covers 465 hectares . And also nearby is' Las Lomas de Lucumo ', a so-called' Ecological Park 'with exclusive hiking trails and highly recommended by visitors to that place.
