This accommodation is perfect for families who want to escape the traditional lodging of the central area and looking for new experiences, without giving up comfort. In addition, it is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and recreational and leisure areas such as Gramadão da Vila A.
The space
The accommodation available at Casa da Vila (@casadavilafoz) is located in the traditional Vila A neighborhood in Foz do Iguaçu. The house was built by Itaipu Binacional.
If you are coming by car, the house is close to the BR-277 exit, with easy access to the Friendship Bridge and the city center, such as Paraná Avenue, which connects to the Cataratas Highway, where the main attractions and access to Argentina are concentrated. It is also close to the access to Itaipu Binacional.
If you are coming by plane, our accommodation is 18 km from the airport, approximately 30 minutes away. If you are coming by bus, the distance from the bus station is 5 km, about a 10-minute drive.

**We are not PET-FRIENDLY, as we are currently unable to offer this amenity for pets.**
**We do not have a laundry room. If you need to do laundry, at Avenida Garibaldi, 1128, there is Lavanderia 60, which is open 24 hours, approximately 1 km or 10 minutes away on foot.**

Composition of the Accommodation
Casa da Vila was divided into two private accommodations:
1. One for Airbnb guests.
2. Another exclusive for the host, responsible for the maintenance of the house.
When booking, the guest rents the front private accommodation, as shown in the listing images. This part is located in front of the house, with an independent entrance, ensuring total privacy.
The host's accommodation is in the back, with independent side access, ensuring tranquility and comfort for guests. The space functions as a “condominium with two apartments,” each with its own garage and entrance.

Bedroom-Living Room:
- A queen-size bed and a single bed, equipped with sheets, pillows and blankets.
- Closet with hangers and a full-length mirror.
- Wi-Fi, Smart TV, split air-conditioning and study desk.
Kitchen:
- Induction cooktop, minibar, countertop with stools and dining table.
- Additional items: electric thermos, blender, air fryer and basic meal utensils (as per listing images).
Bathroom:
- Electric shower, toilet with attached tank, counter top sink and hand shower.
- Hairdryer, bath and face towels.
Balcony:
- Composed of two iron chairs with nautical ropes, a side table and two more beach chairs, offering a pleasant view of the recreational area.
Garage:
- Covered parking space, suitable for large cars, equipped with automatic gate. We also provide a broom, squeegee and external trash can for added convenience.
Backyard and Pool:
The pool is on the side of the house and is for shared use. During the stay, employees can perform maintenance and cleaning, and the host can circulate in the nearby area. Guest privacy is respected whenever possible.
The pool is 1 meter deep and has two sun loungers for greater comfort. It does not have water heating.
Surroundings and Leisure
Casa da Vila is located in a residential neighborhood and faces a green and recreational area.
In the late afternoon and weekends, the region is busy due to recreational equipment. The Pump Track, ideal for bicycles and rollerblades, was recently inaugurated.
For those who like to walk or run, there is a jogging track on Avenida Araucária, which is close to the lodging.
In addition, the neighborhood has Gramadão da Vila A, a great place to enjoy the sunset with the family. The space offers various recreational equipment and snack stands.

Our accommodation is not "Pet Friendly" and does not have a washing machine. However, there is a 24-hour laundry nearby that offers this service.
Check-in time is from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and must be respected. If you need early check-in or late check-out, we ask that you check availability in advance to ensure there is no conflict with other guests.
