The built space is 560 m².We have nice people living the lifes in front of the beach with a nice ocean view. We're located in the Jacaraipe Beach , 20 km near to the capital of Espirito Santo state , Vitoria.

We starting a new project, transform our big house to be a home for tourists. We have for holidays rentals, a full kitchen and laundry, 10 rooms suites of different sizes In the house. We have mattresses, bunk beds and double beds. And our main room have a bathtub.
