Beautiful and cool colonial house in Santa Fe de Antioquia, 4 spacious rooms with A/C, common areas, and a jacuzzi. Great location. Just two blocks from the main park. Two cool and spacious patios for enjoyment. 950 m2 of built-up area. It is a space for families looking for a private, central location where you won't be affected by noise, where everything will be close by, and where you can enjoy all the amenities of this beautiful colonial city.

It is a beautiful colonial house, which goes out of the typical, built in tapia in the last century, with ceilings and high gates, they trace us back to history, to the generations that passed through these houses, when the means of transport were not cars, if not horses, where you can breathe with tranquility. Where simplicity prevailed over complexity, where spacious areas were the norm, not narrowness, the house has four air-conditioned rooms. There is a portable hot water shower.

You can listen to music moderately until 11pm. Quiet hours are from 11 at night until 8 am daily.

The house is located in a privileged place, as it is located on the main road into town, where the roads are wider, so you can park the car in front of the house.
