The space
3 Bungalows:
~ Bungalow #1 has 2 bedrooms:
1) bedroom 1: 1 full bed, one sofa bed. Other 2) bedroom 2: 2 individual beds.
Full bathroom and lounge area.

~ Bungalow #2 & #3: Each with 2 full beds and 1 sofa bed and 1 full bathroom.

Kitchen area:
Fully equipped with cooking pots and pans, cups, coffee mugs, bowls, and plates. There is a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and full-sized fridge. Please bring your own drinking water.

Outdoor BBQ:
Grill uses charcoal so please bring your own. We also have a big dining table in the BBQ area. The common bathroom is located behind the kitchen.

Pool: Located at the center of the property with plenty of lounge, hammocks and adirondack chairs. The pool is a little over 5ft deep.

Beach: Only 5-minute walk to the beach of Costa Azul.

Other information: We will provide a catalog overview of the home and we are only 5 minutes walking to the beach of Costa Azul.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house.

Other things to note
Please respect the home as if it were you won. Please no big parties, there will be a fine.

Additional services available:
~ the house can accommodate up to 15 guests but after the 12th guest, we charge $10 fee per extra person
~ Early check-in and late checkout are available for a fee which can be discussed.

~ We have a person that can cook your food. Pricing and availability can be discussed via messenger.
