Single-story house with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), all with fans, 3 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates 10 guests (large groups of friends or families). It has a living room with TV (with Sky Básica) and a full kitchen with a duplex refrigerator + freezer, stove with oven, microwave, blender and kitchen utensils.
