Also, we recently installed the jacuzzi jets for an even better experience. The waterfall operates on a timer and cannot be turned off manually. To use the jets, simply wait until the waterfall cycle has finished, as the jets will not operate while the waterfall is running. Please let us know if you have any questions — and enjoy!

You have access to the entire house and outdoor space. There are 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, as well as a half bath & shower outside by the pool.

There are no common spaces.

You will have 2 parking spaces inside the gated entrance.

We have two houses back to back completely private from each other. If you are traveling with a larger group than 16 and would like to check availability for both houses reach out and let us know.

Each house sleeps up to 16 people. There is onsite secure parking for two vehicles at each house. The houses have separate entrances, pools, pool temperature jacuzzi's (not heated), laundry, full kitchen, AC's, Hot water, water tanks (in case of water outages) etc.

We are in a quiet neighborhood and right around the corner to Potrero Center. You can walk to Playa Penca (one of the prettiest beaches around) in about 20 minutes. You can drive to Potrero Center in 3 minutes. Close to some of the most beautiful beaches and best restaurants, pubs and food trucks around.
