The space
Set on 2.5 private acres, this home was redesigned by top landscape and interior architects to balance form, function, and calm. Every detail invites you to slow down and reconnect with the desert.
Casa Bella was created by longtime friends and collaborators Chad and Andrew, who share a deep passion for design, architecture, and the desert landscape. Chad’s background in landscape architecture guided the transformation of the grounds with drought-tolerant, desert-sourced plants. Interior architect Mervé Krenzke brought her signature desert modern style to the home’s interiors - pairing clean lines, warm textures, and an effortless sense of place.

- Fire pit and covered outdoor dining area.
- Bocce court, hammocks, and swing chairs.
- Three queen bedrooms. We also have an air mattress and a small couch in the living room but please note there are no blinds in that room.
- Master suite with soaking tub and separate shower.
- Smart TVs in each room and Sonos sound system.
- Fully equipped kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining.
- EV charger and Starlink Wi-Fi.

Please note: There is a garage on the property but it's not accessible to guests. Parking is in the driveway next to the house and in front of the garage, inside the fence/gate.
Other things to note
Pool Heat: Spa heat is included in your reservation but if you'd like to have the pool heated please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge of $225 per night for this service due to high fuel costs in this area.
Roads: The roads are all paved until the last short section to the house, which is dirt/sand but totally accessible to all types of cars. But it will be important to follow our directions and not to pass the house, as the road beyond the house is very sandy and you will get stuck.
Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $95 pet fee, paid at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste.
Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am.
Please review our cancellation policy closely. If you’re worried about the possibility that you may need to cancel after the refund period is closed we highly recommend adding travel insurance to your booking.
