The space
THE LOCATION
Casa Bella is a beautiful, comfortable villa, with a sparkling private swimming pool, in the Coson Bay, beach front community of Los Nomades in Las Terrenas. This is a lushly landscaped tropical paradise with mature vegetation and is wonderfully maintained. There is 24/7 security in the gated community and the security guards are always happy and willing to help, often directing people at night to their Villa location. The community sits on Playa Coson, a tranquil top ranked beach with amazing sunsets and calm waters. Casa Bella is in a perfect location across from Playa Coson, just a 1 minute walk down a private path.
THE VILLA & CASITA
Casa Bella is approx 3800 square feet with 4/5 bedrooms & 4 1/2 bathrooms. It is made up of the main villa which is all on one level and a Casita which has a mezzanine above with the 5th bedroom. It is graced with Travertine floors, large open spaces and soaring ceilings.
The main villa houses 3 of the 5 bedrooms. and the casita the other two.
The beds have toppers on the mattresses and soft sheets and a selection of pillows, as your comfort is our top priority! All the bedrooms have AC units (charged separately, see other details to note), large very functional ceiling fans & screens in all windows
The primary bedroom is very spacious with a King bed, couch, large closet with full length mirror, ensuite bathroom and a door to the side covered Veranda.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, shelves with hanging for clothes, a full length mirror and a door to the covered Veranda.
Bedroom 3 is a Queen room with a soaring ceiling & exposed stained beams, it also has an ensuite bathroom, a full length mirror and shelves with hanging space for clothes.
Bedroom 4 & 5 are in the Casita . The downstairs is a queen bed and there are steps to an upper mezzanine level where there is a second queen bed, perfect for children. The Casita has an ensuite bathroom and shelves with hanging space for clothes. Note there is no door to separate the upper bedroom from the lower bedroom.
The Casita has a front wrap around porch and surrounded by wonderful landscaping
Main living area
There is a spacious sitting area inside in front of the TV in the Living room, the TV is set up for streaming and there is a bluetooth speaker for playing your favorite music through your phone or the provided Amazon fire tablet. The Villa and the Casita both have very good wifi with extenders. Inside the Villa there is a long dining table inside that seats 10.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery and glasses you will need. There is a coffee maker and a blender. The kitchen has a new oven, microwave, new 5 burner cook top and a new refrigerator/freezer. Shutters open upward to give great views of the pool from the kitchen and also enables the kitchen to be easily accessible for outside dining. We have a wonderful house keeper Ruht who keeps Casa Bella spotless and gets rave reviews from our guests.
Note this home has a newly installed while house & casita GAS GENERATOR so no problem if the town's electricity goes off
THE OUTSIDE
Casa Bella has a large outdoor covered patio with comfortable couch seating in front of the pool. There is custom outside dining table that will seat 10 along with 4 bar chairs outside of the kitchen pass through. There is a barbeque grill for you to cook outside. Private chefs are available on request.
Pool
Casa Bella has a large private pool that was recently rebuilt. There are steps into the pool and a large sun bench inside the pool. The pool area is lushly landscaped for privacy and has lots of flowers and color so very tropical and provides privacy from the other homes. There is landscape lighting for a nice evening ambiance. The pool is maintained by a professional pool company. There are plenty of loungers beside the pool.
Side porch
On the side of the home there is a covered veranda that can be accessed from the outside but also there are doors from the Master & second bedroom. Its a great place to have a massage! The masseuses will come to the villa and bring the massage table with them and it is relatively inexpensive. Exercise mats are also available. There are also chairs, overhead fan and a couch and coffee table so great place to get some privacy to work or just relax and read a book.
Just a short walk, less than a minute, to the private path to Coson Beach. Los Nomadas also have an arrangement with the Coson Bay hotel to use their amenities as long as you order drinks or food from them so you can use their beach loungers. Casa Bella is very close to Villa Del Mar so its the perfect location if you are a guest at a beach wedding.

Guest access
The neighborhood has security at the entrance and they will know of your arrival. There is parking at the Villa for 3 cars. You can also rent ATV's which are fun to get around on- They have to be parked at the neighborhood entrance. Yo will be met at the Villa by one of our management team
Other things to note
Playa Coson is a magnificent long beach close to the Coson Bay Hotel, where Los Nomadas has a reciprocal arrangement where guests of the villa can use their loungers and other amenities as long as food and drink is purchased from them and not brought with them. The luxury Sublime Samana is a short walk down the beach where there is a world class spa. Playa Coson connects to Playa Bonita where there are many restaurants & boutique hotels. The town of Las Terrenas is approx a 10 min drive where you will find grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies and night life if desired. Food deliveries can also be ordered to the villa, either from Restaurants or grocery stores.
Airport
Santo Domingo airport is 1 hour 45 minutes away, you can rent a car and drive to Los Nomades Villas or we can arrange for you to be picked up. Flights also come to Samana El Catey airport, but only from Canada and some European locations right now, code AZS, 20 minutes from the house.
The neighborhood has a quiet time starting at 11 pm

Note that AC units are in each bedroom and AC is charged separately on departure. A $50 deposit will be collected at check in for the AC, the AC meter is read at check in and departure and money return or collected depending on the reading.
There are also large industrial, very effective fans in all living rooms, bedrooms and on the patios.
Our house keeper will come in to clean and change linens and towels if needed. She knows where everything is located so you can check with her for items you need. Please consult the house keeper for use of the washer & dryer.
