Fully restored century-old town house in Encinas Reales (Cordoba). Accommodating 6 to 12 guests, it is ideal for families and groups.

Strategic location in Andalusia: 45 min from Malaga, 60 min from Cordoba and Granada.

Equipped with air conditioning and pellet stoves in the living areas on both floors, and a traditional fireplace in the kitchen.

In summer, a free one-day pass to the municipal pool is included.

Our house is fully prepared to make you feel right at home. Its layout is perfectly designed for the comfort of families and groups:

GROUND FLOOR:

- 1 cozy bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed).

- Fully equipped kitchen with a traditional wood-burning fireplace (definitely our guests' favorite spot during the cold months!).

- 1 full indoor bathroom.

- Comfortable living-dining room with a pellet stove and air conditioning.

- Private backyard patio with a BBQ area and an additional full bathroom.

UPPER FLOOR:

- 4 cozy bedrooms:

* Bedroom A: 3 single beds (perfect for children or friends).

* Bedroom B: 1 double bed.

* Bedroom C: 1 single bed.

* Bedroom D: 1 double bed + 1 single bed + baby crib.

- 1 full bathroom.

- A spacious living room to relax, equipped with a pellet stove and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in the common areas.

- A private terrace to enjoy the outdoors.

Encinas Reales is a beautiful and quiet village where you will receive a very pleasant treatment from all its neighbours.

Just in front of the house is the Hermitage of Ntro. Padre Jesús de las Penas, patron saint of the town, which is considered an Asset of Cultural Interest.

Also in front of the house and next to the Hermitage there is a large playground where children can have fun.

Nearby there are bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets.
