A professional housekeeper is on-site Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, for routine cleaning, laundry, and property operations. Guests should expect staff presence during these hours. Privacy is always respected.

Daily housekeeping and laundry service included except Sundays. Pool and grounds maintained throughout the week.
❄️ Air Conditioning
Bedrooms only — both main house and casita. Keep doors closed when AC is running and turn off when leaving the room. Social areas are open-air by design.
⚡ Power Outages
Occasional outages may occur during heavy rain — normal for Costa Rica. Typically resolves within minutes to a couple of hours. Emergency flashlights provided throughout both the main house and casita. No refunds for acts of God.

One security camera monitors the driveway and front entrance only. Canyon Verde gated community with private 24/7 security. Covered parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The private guest house (casita) is a detached structure approximately 30 yards from the main villa. It has its own private entrance, air-conditioned bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. A minimum of 1 adult aged 25 or older is required to stay in the casita at all times.
🌿 Nature & Wildlife Notice
Casa Bamboo is in a natural jungle setting within Canyon Verde. Guests may encounter insects (ants, mosquitoes, spiders) and native wildlife (lizards, snakes, and other animals). We take precautions to minimize encounters, but interactions with local flora and fauna are part of the authentic Costa Rican experience.
📋 House Rules
1. A signed rental agreement with names, ages, and photo ID required within 24 hours of booking. Primary renter must be 25+. No unregistered guests at any time. Minimum 1 adult aged 25+ required in the casita at all times.
2. $500 security deposit hold + $37 one-time admin fee required at time of booking.
3. Quiet hours strictly enforced: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
4. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa and casita.
5. Bedrooms are air-conditioned only. Doors must stay closed when AC is running. Turn off AC when leaving the room.
6. Third-party travel insurance is required for cancellations outside our cancellation policy.
7. No pets, smoking, loud music, commercial photography, parties, or events.
8. Guest verification through Truvi required prior to arrival.
9. Check-in: 3:00 PM — Check-out: 10:00 AM.
