The house, which extends over three floors – basement, ground floor and first floor – has a total of 4 bedrooms for 8 people and is equipped with two bathrooms and a double toilet, two cozy living rooms with TV and a fully equipped kitchen, which offers all the comforts. A washing machine and dishwasher are available to assist with household chores. The vacation home offers space for a large family or even for two small families. The pride of the house is the outdoor loggia with a cooking area, barbecue and refrigerator, so together with the garden, equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, they become the center of the house and the vacation. The entrance area divides the rooms in such a way as to give the right privacy. The house is divided into: first floor which offers a double bedroom, a double bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower; ground floor, a basement flooded with natural light through the Velux, opens with a large living room equipped with a large table for dinners and a small relaxation area with sofas, TV and fireplace. A small corridor leads to two bedrooms, one double and one twin with two separate beds (different configurations can be arranged on request), and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning or heating in the colder months.
All the windows of the house are equipped with mosquito nets so as not to invite mosquitoes or flies to participate in your holidays.
NEARBY
The Is Suergius de Mari condominium in which Villa Azzurra is located has been designed for children and is therefore a safe and pleasant destination for families. On the nearby beach there is a beach club with a small bar, and you can rent sunbeds, umbrellas or take boat and sailing lessons in the small gulf.
The ancient city of Nora, built near pre-existing nuragic settlements, later Punic and Roman, the capital of the Noritan people, is only 2 km away and guided tours are possible to immerse yourself in its history.
The 27-hole Is Molas golf club and resort is only about 5 km away, while the village of Pula with its restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' drive or a pleasant walk (2 km). Cagliari and its airport (Elmas) are only 31 km away.
It is recommended to come with a car to enjoy the beaches and all the nearby tourist places.
