Located 250 meters from Praia Grande, you park the car in the garage and do not need to use it for anything else, because in addition to the beach, we have all kinds of shops nearby. The house is airy and spacious, accommodating up to 15 people. Our bathrooms have a shower for a comfortable bath, without having to worry about water and sand all over the bathroom after you get out of the shower. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook for the whole group, with smaller pots and even large pans, cutlery, cups, plates, glasses, thermos, everything for the guest to have a good time. Finally, the backyard, where we provide a portable barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, and a parasol for guests to enjoy a barbecue, which is a must when relaxing on the beach.

Neighborhood highlights
Our neighborhood is definitely the best part of Ubatuba, it is 200m from Praia Grande, and also very close to Tenório Beach, Prainha Vermelha do Centro and Praia do Cedrinho (a small paradise hidden so close to the city). And the coolest thing is that, in addition, it is also very close to the center, better known as Itaguá, where it is super nice to take a walk around at night for dinner and enjoy the shops for decor and beach fashion.
