Located 250 meters from Praia Grande, you park the car in the garage and do not need to use it for anything else, because in addition to the beach, we have all kinds of shops nearby. The house is airy and spacious, accommodating up to 15 people. Next to it we have Casa Azul II, which accommodates 15 more people, if it is a large group, the houses have an optional internal communication. In addition, we have Michely, our housekeeper who lives in the back, she receives and gives all support to the guests.

The space
Casa Azul has been completely renovated recently, all done with great affection to welcome guests this summer. We have a very large living room, with a very large and comfortable sofa for everyone to spread out after a beautiful day at the beach, or watch Netflix on our smart TV. We have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the living room, and all the mattresses are covered, sanitized, and free of the smell of mold. Our bathrooms have a shower for a comfortable bath, without having to worry about water and sand all over the bathroom after you get out of the shower. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook for the whole group, with smaller pots and even large pans, cutlery, cups, plates, glasses, thermos, everything for the guest to have a good time. Finally, the backyard, where we provide a portable barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, and a parasol for guests to enjoy a barbecue, which is a must when relaxing on the beach.

In addition to all this, I need to explain here that Casa Azul is actually two semi-detached houses, which are divided into Casa Azul I and Casa Azul II. And in the back, on the wall that divides the two houses, we have a fully closed gate, but if the group that is in the two houses is the same, we can optionally leave this gate open and then the houses have internal communication between them. Thus, it can accommodate up to 30 people.

Access to the house is super easy, for those coming from the Serra de Taubaté and taking the BR 101 (Rio-Santos), just enter the marginal road, as soon as you pass the roundabout at the entrance to Praia Grande. The house is on this coastal road, that is, bordering the BR, between the roundabout and the beach. And for those coming from Caraguatatuba, when you are almost past Praia Grande, you should also take the coastal road and continue a few more meters.

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighborhood is definitely the best part of Ubatuba, it is 200m from Praia Grande, and also very close to Tenório Beach, Prainha Vermelha do Centro and Praia do Cedrinho (a small paradise hidden so close to the city). And the coolest thing is that, in addition, it is also very close to the center, better known as Itaguá, where it is super nice to take a walk around at night for dinner and enjoy the shops for decor and beach fashion.
